Loạn sản thất phải gây loạn nhịp là bệnh lý tim mạch trên ECG có sóng T đảo ngược ở các chuyển đạo trước ngực bên phải (V1-V3) kèm sóng epsilon ngay sau phức bộ QRS ở chuyển đạo V1, cho thấy một kích thích điện sớm sau khi tái cực hay là một 'điện thế trễ'.
