Trên ECG thấy các bất thường:
- Khoảng QT kéo dài
- Đoạn ST kéo dài
Có nhiều nguyên nhân làm kéo dài khoảng QT trên ECG, bao gồm Hội chứng QT dài di truyền, rối loạn điện giải và thuốc
